Health and Safety

 Kindly refrain from visiting the shop if you are, or may be, ill. 

Food/Drinks

No open containers of food or  beverages inside the shop.

Classes are for students aged 14+ unless otherwise specified in class description.

 The following are not offered:

• Crochet Classes
• Children's Classes
• Private Lessons
   

Registration is complete upon payment of non-refundable registration fee.

Seats for classes and events are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.*

Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions.

   Missed sessions will not be rescheduled.

Students will receive a 10% discount on yarn required for class.

 In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled by Slip Stitch Avenue, before its starting date, registration fees for that class will be refunded.

*After registering, if you find that you are unable to attend all sessions as scheduled, kindly let us know at the earliest opportunity, so that the spot may be made available for an awaiting student.

All sales are final.  

Within 60 days of purchase date, yarn purchased at full price may be exchanged for store credit, only upon meeting the following conditions:

• Yarn must be unused and in original condition.  (Expect that skein will be weighed.)
• Customer must provide proof of purchase, if we are unable to find same in our records.

Customer shall bear sole responsibility for their purchases.  This includes, among other things, the fiber content, colorway, dye lot, and quantity of the yarn for their project.

ALL sales are final.  

No refunds, returns or exchanges.

A yarn hank needs to be wound into a ball or cake, before attempting to to knit or crochet it into something fabulous!  We are happy to wind your purchased yarn into a cake at no cost to you.

If we are unable to wind yarn at the time of purchase, you may elect to leave your yarn at the Shop for winding later, and may be picked up on the next business day.

• Yarn will not be wound during any of the following:
  • Class in session
  • Sales event
  • Waiting Customers
  • Any other reason (Shop's discretion)

This service is available up to 1/2 hour before closing time.

While there is no fee for this service, if we determine that more than 15 minutes time will be required to assist with your project, it will be necessary to schedule an appointment for a future date.  The rate for such service is $35.00/hr.
